Return & Exchange Policy 
 

  • We offer a 7 day unopened box return policy. 

  • We do NOT accept opened product returns.  

  • You must obtain confirmation email before shipping the merchandise by contacting Customer Service at https://www.peakdronesolutions.com/contact

  • The returned merchandise must be unopened and the confirmation email must be printed and added to the shipping label pouch.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees on returned merchandise. 

  • If the products were shipped under a free shipping promotion, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to ALL returned products.

 

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for most products. Some products require a longer period. Pre-order and new products will be shipped when shipment is received from the manufacturer. Orders are fulfilled in the order received.

  • Any free shipping promo applies only to orders being delivered and not future orders within the 48 continental United States

  • Peak Drone Solutions does not ship to PO Boxes or Mail Box locations

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees on returned merchandise

Damaged Box or Damaged Product: 

 

If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), contact Customer Service at https://www.peakdronesolutions.com/contact immediately for instructions.

Refusal of Delivery:

​

If delivery of a package is refused and returned to Peak Drone Solutions, the order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and any additional shipping charges incurred, once the package arrives at the Peak Drone Solutions warehouse. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment within 14 days of the returned package arriving at Peak Drone Solutions warehouse. If the products were shipped under a free shipping promotion, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the refund amount. This does not apply to refusal of delivery for packages that were damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: 

​

Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and any additional shipping charges incurred. If the products were shipped under a free shipping promotion, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the refund amount.
